From the LAFD - Knowledge is Power

Dear Friend of the LAFD:

It shows up on billboards, freeways signs and the newspaper. They encourage you to "do it now", because "there is an alert", yet misunderstandings and misgivings remain. We knew it was a challenge today, when a confused local resident asked about the program that "helps bend energy".

No matter what you call it, 'Flex Your Power' is an important energy efficiency and conservation program that all Californian's should be aware of. Especially today. With sustained hot weather anticipated for this week, we encourage everyone in The Golden State to become familiar with Flex Your Power:

..and keep an eye on EDIS

Come to think of it: Knowledge is Power. Flex Yours!

Respectfully Yours in Safety and Service,
